TrustedBike began with a simple premise: the purchase of an electric bike online does not have to be a lottery game anymore.
The market of electric bikes has developed rapidly, and with it has come many gray marketers, resellers who aren't authorized to sell a particular model of the bike and disappearing stores. We decided to open a store that would be the complete antithesis of this chaos – an authorized dealer of high-quality brands where warranty and customer service are priorities, and every customer has a real person to call.
We are a small team based in Texas that pays attention to the smallest details. We know that spending $1,500 or $2,500 or even $4,000 is a significant investment, and we do not want to waste customers' time ordering the wrong bike – whether it is for commuting, hauling cargo, hunting or riding all day at weekends. We are happy to help match you with the right bike for your needs
All the brands available in our shop have been checked and are our partners. All the products ship with all their manufacturer's warranties. Any issues after purchasing a product will not be solved by automatic answering systems but will be dealt with by our team.
