Are the bikes you sell brand new?
Yes. As an authorized dealer, every bike sold through TrustedBike is brand new, with a full manufacturer's warranty, and ships factory-direct.
Do you ship everywhere in the US?
We ship to all 48 contiguous US states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After shipment, transit typically takes 4–9 business days. Total time from order to delivery is generally 7–14 business days.
How do electric bikes ship?
Most bikes ship via LTL freight on a pallet. Deliveries are curbside. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Do I need to assemble the bike when it arrives?
Yes. Some electric bikes may come partially preassembled. Assembly instructions are included.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, unopened bikes in original condition. A 20% restocking fee applies. See our full Returns & Refunds page for complete details.
What if my bike arrives damaged?
Inspect your delivery before signing the freight receipt and note any damage on the paperwork. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@trustedbike.com with photos and your order number and we'll take care of it.
Are the manufacturer warranties valid?
Yes. Because we are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, all manufacturer warranties are fully valid on bikes purchased through TrustedBike.
