Tax Collection
TrustedBike collects sales tax on orders shipped to Texas where we have a tax nexus and are required by law to collect. Orders shipped to states other than Texas will not be charged sales tax. Tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Our policy may update in accordance with federal and state laws. We recommend checking back periodically for any updates in our policy.
Tax Exempt Orders
If your purchase qualifies for a sales tax exemption - for example, if you are a registered business purchasing for resale - contact us before placing your order at sales@trustedbike.com. We will need a copy of your valid exemption certificate on file before we can process a tax-exempt order.
