Where We Ship
TrustedBike ships to all addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.
How Orders Are Fulfilled
Electric bikes are large, heavy items that often ship via freight carrier on a pallet — not standard parcel services like UPS or FedEx. Once your order is placed, our team processes it within 3–5 business days before it leaves our facility or our supplier's warehouse.
After your order ships, transit typically takes 4–9 business days depending on your location relative to the origin point. Total delivery time from order placement is generally 7–14 business days under normal conditions.
Freight Delivery - What to Expect
Because bikes ship via LTL freight, your delivery will arrive on a large truck. Standard deliveries include curbside drop-off only - the carrier provides lift gate service where they unload the pallet to the curb or end of your driveway. If you need the item brought inside or up a flight of stairs, please note that this service is not included.
Before your delivery arrives, the freight carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please make sure your contact information at checkout is accurate.
Inspecting Your Delivery
When your order arrives, inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice damage to the outer packaging, note it clearly on the delivery paperwork before the driver leaves. Do not refuse delivery unless the product itself is visibly destroyed or the packaging is badly damaged - small damages to parts can easily and quickly be replaced. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if there is any concern.
